‍With fruit so round that the Spanish referred to them as "little apple" or Manzanillo, this olive has a pronounced fruitiness with herbaceous green undertones. Distinctive, complex, and a longtime local favorite.

Suggested Uses:   Best enjoyed with baking, bread dipping, and as a salad dressing.
